Oricon 2008

As 2008 comes to a close, ORICON has totaled up its data for the top selling singles and albums of the year. The singles chart is dominated by Arashi and KAT-TUN with their drama theme songs, along with new comer artists such as Shuchishin and Aoyama Thelma. As for album sales, EXILE took the crown with their "EXILE PERFECT YEAR 2008" campaign, securing three of the top ten spots of the year, the rest of the chart is taken up mostly by best albums, including Amuro Namie's record-breaking BEST FICTION.
